FUNDER-GRANTEE RELATIONSHIPS

Compared to grantees at the typical funder, Rogers grantees have more positive perceptions of their relationships with the Foundation.

On the sub-measures of funder-grantee relationships:

Grantees rate the Foundation higher than typical for:

  • Fairness of treatment of grantees
  • Their comfort approaching the Foundation when a problem arises
  • Responsiveness of Foundation staff
  • Clarity of the Foundation's communication of its goals and strategy
  • Consistency of the Foundation's communication
